The Second Sunday after Epiphany

January 18, 2009

O Holy Spirit, enter in

And in our hearts your work begin,

Your dwelling place now make us.

Sun of the soul, O Light divine,

Around and in us brightly shine,

To joy and gladness wake us

That we May be

Truly living To you giving Prayer unceasing

And in love be still increasing. (CW 184:1)

    2. How is liberty you have through faith in Jesus different from a license to sin?
    3. What difference does it make if something is an adiaphoron or not?
    4. Because Jesus has bought us and liberated us, what do we do when faced with sexual temptations?
  2. Your body's for God's glory not for sinful, sexual appetites
